La Porte sits between the bay and the Ship Channel, with older houses, bay-adjacent humidity, and some newer infill. Corrosion and moisture show up on laundry and refrigeration faster than in drier inland closets.
We regularly work around Sylvan Beach, Fairmont Parkway and Portofino Harbour, including ZIP code 77571.
