Before you call
- The brand and model number (usually on a sticker inside the door, on the frame or on the back).
- What the appliance is doing, plus any error code on the display.
- Your address or nearest cross streets, and any gate or parking instructions.
We diagnose the problem at your home and give you a price before any work starts. Every repair comes with a 1-year warranty on labor.
If water is leaking, shut off the supply valve. If you smell gas, leave the home and call your gas utility or 911 first.
